Needel, Welch & Stone Promotes Kevin Fontana To Supervisor
ROCKLAND, MA, ISSUED JULY 16, 2008… Needel, Welch & Stone, P.C., a CPA firm located in Rockland that has been serving the needs of businesses and individuals for more than 40 years, announces the promotion of Kevin Fontana of Hanson to the position of Supervisor.
Fontana, who joined Needel, Welch & Stone as a Staff Accountant in 2004, will expand his responsibilities within the firm in his new post.As a Supervisor, he will oversee a wide client roster with responsibility for client communication, engagement planning and staff supervision as well as providing tax compliance services and assisting on tax research projects for the firm's clients.
Fontana earned his Master's Degree in Accounting from Stonehill College and received his Certified Public Accountant's license in 2005.
Prior to joining Needel, Welch & Stone, he was a Senior Mutual Fund Accountant for the State Street Corporation in Quincy.
