Professional Background
Michelle is a Director at Needel, Welch & Stone, P.C. In this capacity, she oversees audit and accounting engagements and is responsible for engagement planning, staff supervision and coordination with client personnel with the goal to maximize audit and tax preparation efficiency.
Michelle has over fourteen years of public accounting experience, including seven years in the Boston office of Arthur Andersen, where she was promoted to manager and specialized in audits of small businesses, both public and private. Michelle has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including retail, distribution, manufacturing, technology and benefit plan audits.
