Jim is a Shareholder and Principal of Needel, Welch & Stone, P.C. Jim began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick and has over 30 years of experience working with owners of privately-owned companies, NFP executives and boards to meet their financial reporting requirements and on a variety of business advisory issues, including financial planning, recruiting assistance and management information systems. Jim has built relationships with owners and managers in many industries, including manufacturing/distribution, retail, professional services and not-for-profit oganizations.
